week 8 EOC: creative content

My creative content will be a billboard featuring the can along with the animated fox with black fur that will attract children to the product and eventually bring parents to buy the product. The billboard will have a can of the product in the lower right corner and the fox doing some funny expression to promote well-being. The can will feature pictures of the fruit on the inside of the can. Say you get sliced peaches, and then there with be peaches and sliced peaches on the front of the can. Same goes for fruit cocktail. The sign will be neon green and a darker purple. This will help lead attention to the can and the initial product.  The fox is a little younger and is showing that a healthy choice is better.  The sign will also say some sort of slogan like “eat healthy for health eating” or “doing something is better than doing nothing at all”. Then on the bottom of the billboard it will say “half profit goes to charity”. This will hopefully help bring the kind hearted to buy the product. And last but not least, it will feature a (fake) webpage where people can make donations to foreign countries in need, and even get everything from the products we sell to applications to help out at our facilities, along with other little events we may be holding in towns and cities. If you donate you may be recognized by the company and we will put different slots for certain donation levels.

week 7 EOC: the pitch

Blackfoxx canned fruits, this is my idea that can help the world. Half proceeds get  donated to a charity that helps out in other countries, and the best part is you can pick where you want it to go and which charity from a large list of charities. but why will people buy this product, well there is a couple reasons. 1- Its all organic, from the fruit to the sweetener. no artificial sweeteners. 2- a lovable character known as Travis Blackfoxx (two X's are on purpose) who is an animated black furred fox that has the same position as "Tony the tiger" when that character is promoting "frosted flakes" and kids will see this and like the character and want their parents to by the product. the parent seeing that a child wants a healthy choice will add to the popularity of the product. 3. If you buy a can a can gets sent to a charity of the buyers choice and from there it gets used in whatever country that the buyer would like it to go. I feel that if you sell this product for $2 maybe $3 a can then it will be a successful product and possibly help change the world. A motto we can have is "Buy a can, Get a can, Give a can". Also with the animated fox character can make children in foreign countries a little bit happier being able to see a cartoon like figure on a can. This will hopefully help them through the experience and if he/she gets bored they can kick the can around.

Week 6 EOC: Me Times 3

What consumer items (that I own) describe me

1. My Bike

WEEK 5 EOC: Facebook For Jobs

I feel that if more companies go to Facebook to find candidates for jobs, then finding a job will be a lot more difficult for people that really need them.

"The antibodies kicked in pretty quickly. They thought it was very invasive," said Jeff Vijungco, vice president of world-wide talent acquisition for Adobe Systems Inc..

so if companies can search for people they would like to hire from facebook then how do these companies know that the person is showing their true self. perhaps this person they are searching is actually really lazy, or is not committed toward having a job. So they post out that they are hiring, so now its first come first serve to get to the job.
